Lack of keywords:
Always use the keywords which are related to your business, using the keywords which are not related to your business is of no use.

Use only those keywords which are related to your business and use them in big quantities but do not over use them, use the keywords in required numbers

Do not use black hat method for getting the topmost search engine ranking.  Always avoid spamming, doorway pages, invisible text, cloaking, etc which are some ways of doing black hat SEO. In doorway pages, fake pages are being developed filling it with keywords and descriptions. These pages are only seen by search engine spiders and not the regular internet user.
